Hale Alu-Lepe is a beautiful 2-story ocean view house with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths,
and private lanais. The house is located in a great neighborhood and has nice views
from most rooms. There are elegant furnishings and designer colors throughout the house.
Relax in style in the main house upstairs, where form and function come together in
beautiful furnishings and interior accents while keeping your comfort in mind. Classy Asian
furnishings and accents with a contemporary flair give this property a different feel
than many vacation rentals.
Three bedrooms and two baths provide lots of room, and the updated kitchen and
appliances make it a joy to prepare a meal while taking in the view. The upstairs lanai
looks out to the ocean and offers a special place to have a meal or read. A work area in
one of the bedrooms has a desk, telephone, and high-speed Internet with an Ethernet
connection for your laptop.
The ground floor downstairs provides another private space with a bedroom and bath
if you are traveling with a larger party. French doors lead out to a lava rock lanai with
a hot tub looking out toward the ocean. The garage includes a laundry area with washer/dryer.
Hale Alu-Lepe is located in Hawaiian Beaches about 20 miles south of Hilo,
a wonderful area where neighbors are out walking most days. Underground utilities ensure
unobstructed views of what nature has to offer.
Snorkeling and swimming are close by. You can swim in a thermally heated hot pond,
snorkel in protected reefs, or see recent lava flows from the Kilauea Volcano at Hawaii
Volcanoes National Park less than an hour away.
Need temporary housing? Hale Alu-Lepe makes a great place to hang your hat if you
are working here on a temporary assignment or building a new home in our area.

Hale Alu-Lepe has a 3-night minimum stay. Rates do not include 11.4166% Hawaii
taxes, cleaning fee, and security deposit. Please call or email for special rates on stays of more than 25 nights.
